You'll be an integral part of our team, delivering outstanding organic traffic results and creating comprehensive SEO and conversion strategies that align with our stakeholders’ goals and KPIs. In this role, you will:
- Develop and lead a SEO strategy to increase end-to-end funnel conversions and grow Organic Search KPIs on a large scale.
- Use a data-driven approach to evaluate business metrics and the ROI of SEO strategies based on core business KPIs, utilizing reporting visualization and automation tools.
- Interprets business challenges and recommends best practices to improve organic traffic and conversions.
- Conduct and present in-depth technical, competitive, and content audits using various SEO tools.
- Perform thorough SEO audits and ongoing analysis to pinpoint strategic opportunities and improve website performance.
- Collaborate with IT and web development teams to ensure that SEO best practices are incorporated into website architecture and new page designs.
- Conduct keyword research and employ SEO tactics that respond to market trends and customer behavior across various regions.
- Understands business needs and challenges of demand generation teams and can present solutions through SEO.
- Supervise the SEO program, from planning to monitoring, tracking to reporting of SEO progress, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Educate and train internal teams on SEO strategies and best practices to embed SEO knowledge within the company culture.
- Keep up to date with the latest SEO trends, changes in algorithms and impact of AI, and applying insights to maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide leadership, and manage the SEO team, aligning with external agencies, including sharing expertise, guidance, support, and fresh ideas.
Your background:
- Experience in managing and mentoring a team.
- Strong project management experience.
- Proven track record of successful SEO engagements across a variety of industries.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword research, on-page optimization, off-page optimization, technical SEO, link building, and other SEO best practices.
- Strong SERP analysis and conversion optimization skills.
- Demonstrated ability to set and achieve SEO goals, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with website revamps, migrations, re-platforming.
- Proficient in analyzing data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions that support business goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to adapt and learn in a constantly evolving industry.
- Advanced user of Google Products, especially Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Data Studio. Understanding of Google Tag Manager is a plus.
- Advanced user of tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, DeepCrawl or similar
