Job Description

In this role you would be able to dive deep into marketing data, analyze it, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize marketing campaigns and drive business performance.

In this role, you will:

Regular and ad-hoc tracking, analysis, and reporting on different metrics and KPIs related to channel performance, GTM metrics, media & awareness, funnel metrics, ROI, targets vs actuals, and marketing effectiveness
Supporting data-driven decisions through providing actionable insights & recommendations for improvement
Collaborating with the Data & Analytics team on the creation of reports and dashboards by writing business requirements & driving adoption
Understanding the marketing & sales objectives, the business processes, and the underlying systems
Collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product, and other teams to better understand the metrics and present insights
Participating and driving projects which support the marketing analytics & reporting strategy

Your background:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Data Science or related field
3+ years of experience in analyzing marketing data from multiple sources & drawing actionable insights
Hands-on reporting experience with CRMs, Marketing Automation tools, SFDC, Google Analytics, Tableau
Advanced Excel user comfortable with large date sets
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong business judgement & marketing knowledge, enjoying ways to improve the business & readiness to make recommendations
Experience in defining requirements and driving cross-functional projects
Curious, organized, with strong attention to detail, quick to spot data integrity issues
Self-driven & adaptive to change
Experience working in a global company and with multiple teams and stakeholders; (tech industry is a plus)
Excellent English and communication skills
