Job Description

As a Senior Product Manager at UXBERT Labs, you will lead the development of world-class digital solutions. Responsibilities include defining and articulating a clear product vision, overseeing product development from ideation to launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing product roadmaps, driving innovation through features like gamification and loyalty programs, and analyzing market trends and customer feedback. The ideal candidate possesses 7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in mobile apps or AdTech, with strong knowledge of digital advertising and mobile technologies. Experience managing user engagement metrics and an MBA or relevant degree is preferred.

Must have:

7+ years in product management (mobile apps or AdTech)
Define product vision aligned with business objectives
Oversee product development from ideation to launch
Collaborate with UX, development, and business teams
Develop and maintain detailed product roadmaps
Analyze market trends and customer feedback

Good to have:

Arabic language skills
Experience with gamification and loyalty programs

⚙️ Key Responsibilities:

Define and articulate a clear product vision aligned with business objectives.
Oversee product development from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and market fit.
Collaborate with UX, development, and business teams to gather requirements and set priorities.
Develop and maintain detailed product roadmaps, outlining key milestones and deliverables.
Drive innovation through gamification features, loyalty programs, and engagement tools.
Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer feedback to inform product decisions.

📋 Requirements:

7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in mobile apps or AdTech.
Strong knowledge of digital advertising, location-based services, and mobile technologies.
Proven experience working with user engagement metrics and analytics.
MBA or relevant degree preferred.
Experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving product vision.
Arabic language skills are a plus.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
