Invoke Studios is currently looking to hire a Core Team of talented and varied people for a new AAA multiplayer game in the universe of D&D using the Unreal Engine.

Job Description 

Invoke is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Producer or Senior Producer to join our game development team. Working in close collaboration with the lead producer, you will play a critical role in overseeing the production of our game, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, art, engineering, and QA, to deliver exceptional gaming experiences to our players and have a direct impact on the positive work environment of our team.

What You'll Do

Lead the production of our multiplayer online game from concept to release, ensuring all milestones are met successfully

Own the production’s direction in collaboration with the lead producer

Continuously evaluate and improve production processes, tools and organizations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Effectively plan, budget, estimate and coordinate all material and human resource requirements, throughout the different stages of our production cycle to maximize productivity and project outcomes

Build a well-rounded team to achieve the high-quality objectives of the project

Work in collaboration with various departments to ensure that all deliverables meet the highest quality standards and align with the game’s vision and goals

Maintain clear project documentation, including production plans, budgets and post-mortem reports

Communicate regularly with our team to assess project progress and ensure that technical and content experts deliver each stage on schedule as well as provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues

Identify and breakdown priorities, and keeping up strong communication via multiple outlets including email, Slack, meetings, and production roadmaps

Analyze and determine needs to outsourcing required for the project

Participate in annual performance reviews and take the necessary initiatives to motivate employees to achieve their goals and ensure their well-being

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Ideally, what You'll Bring

Experience in shipping several AA-AAA games, ideally with significant online or muliplayer elements

Relevant experience in the video game industry in a high-level production role to be able to support and challenge various video game experts in different crafts

Demonstrated ability to define a production direction vision, communicate it and execute on it

Strong experience to lead, mobilize and influence a work team to achieve high quality deliverables

Ability to be proactive in collaborative fast-paced environment and to motivate cross functional teams

Ability to effectively perform multiple tasks, including the prioritization of the project responsibilities, the organization of the workflows and the milestone completion

Capable of analyzing complex issues, identifying potential solutions, and implementing effective strategies to overcome challenges

Excellent communication skills in French and English.
