Epic Games seeks a Senior Producer for its E-Commerce team. Responsibilities include roadmap planning, resource allocation, project scheduling, and stakeholder alignment. What You'll Do

We are looking for a Senior Producer to join our Epic E-Commerce team. As part of Epic, you will be responsible for handling and organizing processes and schedules. We are looking for individuals who excel in organization, have exceptional communication abilities, and who are comfortable managing the schedules and competing priorities of complex projects. The ideal candidate is passionate about bringing effective and secure payment experiences to players around the world. They will enjoy creating inroads to content creation across exciting IPs by assembling Epic developers and leadership to accomplish that. They’ll take pride in working with the best in the industry to deliver on multiple initiatives together.

In this role, you will

  • Lead roadmap planning for your initiatives, including feedback collection, requirements gathering, initiative build-out, feature breakdown, estimations and resourcing in order to drive a solid roadmap that achieves defined strategic product goals
  • Partner with discipline leads to determine necessary resources needed to see projects through to completion. Build and maintain project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and roadmaps while considering dependencies across multiple development teams to ensure successful releases
  • Align stakeholders on project expectations, provide status updates and risk-mitigation strategies
  • Proactively solve problems, dispel ambiguity, work with cross-functional leaders to understand and balance priorities, requirements and critical timelines
  • Collaborate with programming, product and other disciplines on the development teams to complete initiatives, communicate frequently and proactively to highlight progress, risks and mitigations
  • Leave things better than you found them, keeping an eye toward continual process development and improvements based on the needs of the teams/initiatives/product
  • Create and utilize data-driven dashboards and production tools to present key insights to stakeholders, providing transparency on forecasting risk and proposing solutions

What we're looking for

  • Experience in delivering multiple, simultaneous projects and dependencies
  • Previous experience working in a production role leading cross-functional teams in creating and delivering E-Commerce solutions
  • Deep understanding of game or platform development, software development process, and project management practices
  • Strong project management, organizational and communication skills
  • Experience utilizing Agile or other development methodologies on different teams and projects so they perform their best
  • Experience successfully communicating and presenting information to various levels of stakeholders within the company
  • Expert at working with industry PM tools like Jira, Airtable, Miro, Lucidchart, etc

This role is open to multiple locations in North America (including CA & WA).

Pay Transparency Information

The expected annual base pay range(s) for this position are detailed below. Each base pay range is relevant only for individuals who are residents of or will be expected to work within the specified locale. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors, which include (but aren’t limited to) things such as skills and competencies, qualifications, knowledge, and experience. In addition to base pay, most employees are eligible to participate in Epic’s generous benefit plans and discretionary incentive programs (subject to the terms of those plans or programs).

Washington Base Pay Range
$127,034$186,316 USD
