Job Description

The CRM Manager will be responsible for generating and testing hypotheses to improve user funnels, from registration to sales. This includes client segmentation, metric analysis, campaign creation and A/B testing. Collaboration with UX, copywriting, development, and data analysis teams is crucial. The role involves developing new communication channels and leveraging CRM/CDP systems, HTML, Google Sheets/Excel, Jira/Confluence, and BI systems. SQL experience is a plus. The ideal candidate demonstrates expertise in CRM metrics and hypothesis testing, possessing strong communication skills in English and Russian.

We are looking for a CRM Manager.

Your main tasks will be:

    • Generating hypotheses and preparing their descriptions;
    • Improving funnel from registrations to confirmation and sales;
    • Segmentation of clients and analysis of client metrics;
    • Creating and launching promotional campaigns and trigger chains;
    • Conducting A/B tests and analyzing the results;
    • Interacting with UX, copywriters, development, data analysts teams;
    • Development of new communication channels

    We expect from you:

    • Experienced with CRM/CDP Systems, HTML, Google Sheets / Excel, Jira / Confluence, and any BI-systems;
    • Experience with hypotheses (generation, testing);
    • Understanding the main CRM metrics;
    • English level B1+;
    • Russian level C1;
    • Experience with SQL would be a plus.
