Senior Paralegal Germany (m/w/d)

Tesla is seeking a talented Senior Paralegal to join our legal team at our Berlin location. This role will directly support Tesla’s Litigation Team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical acumen, the ability to manage and prioritize a heavy volume of tasks and duties, a strong facility for detail with a high level of organization, and solid experience with various types of litigation such as mass litigation, commercial disputes, and litigation in different jurisdiction and languages. The position will report directly to the Sr. Paralegal Manager, Litigation & eDiscovery. 

• Support internal and external litigation counsel in all stages of litigation with little supervision. 
• Assist with the factual development and analysis of cases, including communication with relevant business partners to establish the facts of the case. 
• Draft basic legal documents, including settlement agreements, document retention notices, and response letters. 
• Navigate outside counsel through complex technical matters, collect and prepare information necessary written submissions.
• Prepare and execute settlement solutions.
• Maintain a database of all material litigation/claims matters in EMEA.
• Support inhouse litigation matters and maintain files for individual cases.
