Senior Infrastructure Security Manager

The opportunity

Unity is seeking an Infrastructure Security Manager to join our Security team to drive continuous improvement in security standards, policies, and Security Assessment (SA). Reporting to the Director of security, this role will be a key member of the security team. The role requires collaboration with other teams and business units across Unity’s global business. Responsibilities will extend to ensuring infrastructure security standards are implemented and enforced throughout the organization.

You will help Unity achieve its business objectives by bringing a systematic, objective, and disciplined approach to evaluating the effectiveness of the company’s infrastructure security, risk management, compliance, and control practices.

What you'll be doing

• Lead and manage Unity’s global Infrastructure Security team, collaborating closely with business units and process owners.

• Drive infrastructure security initiatives, partnering with system and process owners to proactively assess and enhance process maturity, focusing on risk reduction and control improvement.

• Foster strong relationships with business partners to identify control gaps, establish action plans, and implement process improvements, ensuring efficient, effective, and scalable solutions aligned with industry best practices and business needs.

• Conduct assessments of projects and products to mitigate infrastructure security risks and ensure compliance with industry standards.

• Champion a culture of security and excellence, leveraging risk-based and data-driven approaches to prioritize and drive remediation efforts.

What we're looking for

• Proven record of Managing team, program management, audit, risk management, controls and/or corporate compliance.

• Ability to Lead and enhance infrastructure security in Multi-cloud environments (GCP, AWS, Azure), focusing on microservices like Containers, Kubernetes, and HashiCorp Vault.

• Strong organizational, research, verbal, and written communication skills.

• Demonstrated knowledge of industry standards such as NIST, SOC2, and PCI-DSS.
