This is an internal technology innovation business team of ByteDance, focusing on researching products in the underlying field of new technology, incubating and landing AI intelligent products. The team aims to provide convenient and elegant user experience for global users under the premise of unleashing technical imagination! Responsibilities - Establish the business dashboard, investigate the abnormal metric trends and share data insights with the PM team. - Ability to understand the market trend and user characteristics in different countries and establish reasonable product planning for the areas. - Work on solutions to improve tools' quality, drive creators and users satisfaction, and monitor local creator ecosystems. - Improve user experience for the platform and formulate strategy plans and figure out details for various cultural regions, user groups and product scenarios.

Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other relevant majors. - 5 years + working experience in internet companies, being insightful in content products worldwide, deep understanding of content ecosystem is a plus. - Good at cross-cultural understanding, communication, coordination and pushing forward things, being result-oriented. - Good data sense, skillful at SQL is a plus.
