About The Global Payment team of Bytedance provides payment solutions - including payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, and so on to ensure that our users have a smooth and secure payment experience on ByteDance platforms including TikTok. Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with channel partners to improve risk performance and user experience by conducting comprehensive internal and external data analysis and implementing diverse risk management solutions. 2. Leverage deep understanding of card schemes (Visa/MasterCard) to collaborate directly with payment networks when necessary, ensuring effective payment risk management strategies. 3. Communicate and present risk management strategies clearly, utilizing strong communication skills and a deep understanding of payment risk mechanisms and solutions within various acceptance frameworks. 4. Keep updated with industry payment risk best practices and define our main solutions in different stages and markets.

Minimum Qualifications: 1. Have solid knowledge of Visa or Master network mechanisms, which cover different roles in the network such as merchants, acquiers, issuers, and various 3rd agents risk and compliance management. Know about the card schema main methods to enhance the whole network safety and security. 2. Have good data sense and can use SQL/ Python proficiently. 3. Good at risk analysis, with related experience of payment risk. 4. Results oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment requiring prioritization and ownership Preferred Qualifications: 1. 5+ years of experience in fraud management and strategy.
