Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Influencer Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. As the Senior Influencer Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our influencer marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and engagement. This position requires a strategic thinker and leader who can develop and manage relationships with key influencers, creating impactful campaigns that align with our brand's vision and goals. The position reports to the CEO and will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to ensure our influencer partnerships and campaigns deliver measurable results and resonate with our target audience.

This position requires all hires to be onsite Monday - Thursday out of our Los Angeles (Playa Vista) office, with the option to WFH on Friday.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead development of innovative, results-oriented influencer and social media programs that compel consumers to action and drive business results
  • Manage the influencer marketing budget, negotiating contracts and ensuring optimal ROI on influencer partnerships
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of influencer campaigns, using metrics and KPIs to measure success and inform future strategies
  • Stay current with the latest developments in influencer & social media campaigns; proactively integrating and advocating new technologies and opportunities
  • Prepare and present influencer & social media strategies and briefs to internal teams
  • Demonstrated ability to work against tight timelines with an agile and collaborative working style
  • Have key relationships with influencers, and are able to understand how to best connect client groups with the right influencer partner

What You Bring to the Role

  • 5+ years of marketing, social, influencer marketing, public-outreach and/or related experience
  • Strong analytical skills and experience generating performance reports
  • Takes initiative and can manage multiple projects at once & prioritize effectively
  • Ability to demonstrate comfort with ambiguity, adapt quickly to changing goals & objectives and be effective in new situations in a fast paced and highly dynamic environment

  • You are a self-starter and initiative-taker. You want to learn new skills and level up, tackling on opportunities and having multiple solutions to present against obstacles/problems 
  • You are social media obsessed. From content development to influencers, community building to channel development, you have done it all and are ready to have ownership over a brand’s channels.
  • You are a master at building and fostering relationships. You're a confident communicator with experience in influencer/talent/creator communication, relationship-building & negotiation skills.
  • You are data driven and excited using data/metrics to measure impact and results to determine areas of opportunity and improvement.
  • You have strong organization and strong project management skills and can prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • You are adaptable to a flexible schedule, including weekends and extended hours beyond the traditional workweek.
