Senior Hardware Developer

Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Get involved in the design and development of cutting-edge embedded hardware systems.
• Utilize your ARM microcontrollers, Altium, and layout design expertise to create high-quality PCBs.
• Ensure compliance with EMC and EMI standards, utilizing best practices to mitigate electromagnetic interference.
• Take part in embedded electronics design from requirements capture to conceptual design, architecture, schematics, layout, up-to-board bring-up, and verification testing.
• Design and optimize analog/mixed-signal circuits such as switching power supplies, direct drive 3-phase brushless motor controllers, HMI interfaces for efficient and reliable operation.
• Perform analog and digital design tasks, including circuit design, simulation, and testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding products that exceed customer expectations.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing your knowledge and experience.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Master’s degree in electrical engineering, or related fields
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in hardware design and development.
• Proven experience as a Senior Hardware Embedded Electronic Designer with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
• Proficiency in ARM microcontrollers and the Altium design environment
