We are looking for a Senior CRM Manager to join our core Marketing team.
Your main tasks will be:
- Increasing the Lifetime Value (LTV) and Retention Rate of users
- Generating hypotheses for marketing strategies
- Creating and launching promotional campaigns, as well as providing detailed reports and presentations
- Planning and designing regular email communications
- Segmenting the audience based on various criteria
- Analyzing the results of campaigns and user interactions
- Setting up and optimizing trigger-based marketing automation sequences
- Conducting A/B tests to optimize campaigns and user experiences
- Collaborating with user experience (UX) designers, copywriters, and the development team to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
We expect from you:
- Experience working with a large subscriber base (500,000+ subscribers) through retention channels (email, web-push, and app-push)
- Experience collaborating with technical specialists (developers, testers, designers, analysts) to assign tasks
- Understanding of HTML basics
- Understanding of metrics such as OR, CR, CTOR, LTV, EROI, and Retention
- Analytical mindset
- Experience with graphic editors (Photoshop or similar) would be considered as a plus
- Fluent Russian
- English B2 or higher
