岗位职责
NExT Studios，名字源自「New Experience and Technology」，旨在鼓励创意研发，关注前沿技术，制作呈现差异化、高品质、有口碑的内容体验。先后出品的游戏包括《彩虹坠入》《疑案追声》《不思议的皇冠》《重生边缘》等，曾荣获Webby、IGF、SXSW等多个国际奖项或提名。目前除续作研发外，另有数款知名IP手游在研中。加入我们，做纯粹的好游戏！1、负责设计游戏中的战斗系统，包括但不限于战斗流程、技能与能力、武器与装备、角色属性等，以确保游戏战斗的深度和多样性。
2、对战斗系统进行持续平衡调整，根据玩家反馈和数据分析，优化战斗体验，确保游戏中不同职业或角色之间的平衡性。
3、编写详尽的游戏战斗机制文档，描述战斗系统的设计思路、机制和实现方法，并与团队成员分享沟通，确保所有人理解并遵循设计目标。
4、与团队内部策划、程序员、美术和音频团队紧密合作，确保战斗表现效果、整体工艺、战斗体验提高。
5、关心了解游戏市场上的最新战斗系统趋势、结合自身产品特色进行战斗创新。
岗位要求
1、至少8年以上游戏行业工作经验，其中包括5年以上的战斗策划经验，且主导过战斗系统从规划到落地完整经验。
2、有在虚幻引擎中进行游戏开发的经验，熟悉该引擎的特性和工具集，能够高效地使用虚幻引擎进行战斗系统的搭建和优化
3、有制定战斗系统标准和规范的能力，能够准确识别游戏战斗中的优缺点，提出具体改进方案，并确保所有战斗设计都符合项目的品质标准。
4、深刻理解游戏战斗机制和系统，熟悉不同游戏类型中的战斗设计。熟练使用常见的游戏编辑器和策划工具。
5、具备优秀的数值调整能力，能够运用数学和统计方法进行游戏平衡调整。
6、出色的沟通和协调能力，能够清晰表达设计思想，与不同团队成员有效合作。
