Combat Planning Lead - LOST ARK Mobile

Job Description
Smilegate RPG is seeking an experienced Combat Planner for their LOST ARK Mobile project in Seongnam, South Korea. The role involves designing and implementing the combat systems and logic for the mobile version of the popular MMORPG. Responsibilities include resource management for character actions, ensuring a high-quality user experience, and collaborating with the team to deliver a compelling mobile gaming experience. This position requires at least 3 years of experience in combat planning, a strong understanding of combat systems, and excellent UX analysis skills. Experience with combat tools, live service, and a strong portfolio are highly desirable.
Must have:
- 3+ years combat planning experience
- System logic design expertise
- Deep understanding of combat mechanics
- Strong combat UX analysis skills
