Responsibilities:
6+ years of experience as a Senior Concept Artist in the gaming industry, with a portfolio showcasing character, environment, prop design, Ai generated assets etc.
Be confident using creative programmed and technologies like Photoshop, Illustrator, Painter and SketchUp.
Exceptional drawing and illustration skills with a sharp eye for form, color, and composition.
Maintain attention to detail and uphold high standards of work.
The candidate will be responsible for maintaining the project's art style and overseeing the creation of concept art.
Will be expected to translate the vision of the designers to concept art and ensure that all work conforms to the technical and stylistic specifications set forth
Will effectively relate vision to developers and artists
Approach systematically all areas of concept art creation
Create a diverse range of drawings, including characters, items, and environments, that establish the style and functionality of non-photorealistic in-game assets.
Work closely with project leads to define the style and look of the game.
Create storyboards, sketches, in-game 2D screens, layouts and colour comps.
Will mentor and guide junior artists, providing direction and support. Prior experience in managing 2 to 3 team members is required.

Create specification sheets, accurately noting dimensions and details for others to follow.
Required Qualifications:
6+ years of experience as a Concept Artist in the games industry
A degree in fine arts, illustration, or a related field is preferred.
Extensive experience in character design, environment design, and hard surface drawing for game development.
Willingness to incorporate new AI tools and to be creative about workflows to produce production content efficiently.
An outstanding portfolio that demonstrates a strong artistic style and design sensibility.
Demonstrates an excellent understanding of human anatomy, form, proportion, and scale, with the ability to creatively and stylistically deviate from these principles when necessary. Additionally, he possesses strong expertise in designing and implementing non-photorealistic in-game assets, ensuring they are functional and visually compelling.
Experience communicating well with team disciplines and working within existing project constraints.
Strong understanding of game production pipeline. With experience shipping multiple titles.
Responsive and adaptive to reviews and feedback from the Art Director and team members.
