We're looking for a versatile and experienced Sales Support Export + Direct to Retail Business (DTR) Europe professional to help manage and streamline our export operations.
Requirements
We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional to join our team! You’ll play a key role in our international operations, supporting customers and our sales team every step of the way. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Communicate with customers daily, handling everything from order processing to invoicing.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports to keep everything on track.
Process customer orders and monitor them through to delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Manage important documentation (customs, product sheets, quotes, etc.) with our team in Hong Kong to ensure smooth handling of export orders.
Maintain an organized documentation file (invoices, delivery notes, shipping receipts), making sure all documents are sent to customers after orders are shipped.
Collaborate with our Hong Kong office to monitor and manage customer payments.
Update our forecast system based on sales team input, ensuring we’re always ahead of the curve.
In addition to these responsibilities, you’ll also support the General Manager ROW and the Export Sales Manager EMEAA in their day-to-day activities.
Skills & Requirements:
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office, with a special focus on Excel.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with previous experience in ERP systems like Microsoft Business Central being a bonus.
A global mindset, comfortable working with different cultures and environments.
