As Sales Manager at Hasbro France you will be in charge of sales team and one customer. 

 

What You'll Do: 

 

Management and Leadership of the Sales Team:

  • Train the team on sales techniques, negotiation, and specific product sales.
  • Motivate the team to meet quantitative and qualitative objectives.
  • Clearly communicate expectations and responsibilities to the team.
  • Implementation of the Sales Policy:
  • Ensure that general sales conditions are applied to all clients.
  • Ensure that national agreements with retailers are respected in stores.
  • Optimize Hasbro product consumption by ensuring product listings and shelf space allocations are adhered to.

Sales Monitoring and Analysis:

  • Objectively analyze sales to inform marketing teams about consumer trends.
  • Set up tracking tools to measure weekly or monthly performance of each sales representative.
  • Simplify processes and propose improvement plans.
  • manage a direct account Key Accounts manager

Key Accounts:

    • Develop and implement business plans for strategic clients.
    • Ensure account profitability by tracking forecasts and sales targets.
    • Collaborate with clients to maximize sales and achieve revenue objectives.
    • Maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in key accounts.
    • Act as the main point of contact for daily client inquiries and issues.
    • Analyze sales trends and client data to provide recommendations.
    • Manage client budgets and promotional investments.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work in partnership with marketing, logistics, and supply chain teams.
  • Perform sales forecasts, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and adjust plans to meet quarterly and annual objectives.
  • Identify new growth opportunities for the brand with clients.
  • Propose solutions to improve the effectiveness of action plans and optimize profitability.

 

What You’ll Bring:

 

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Area Manager ideally in FMCG
  • Experience with sales techniques, negotiation, and specific product sales
    setting up tracking tools to measure weekly or monthly performance of each sales representative
  • Proven ability to develop and implement business plans for strategic clients
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Creative problem solving / process improvement skills
  • Cross-functional collaboration and teamwork
  • Strong negotiation skills
