To give you a flavour

As a Senior Producer, you will play a pivotal role in defining and shaping the production and delivery of ICHI’s marketing services, working into the Executive Producer and across Embark as ICHI’s first client marketing opportunity. The day to day requirements of the Senior Producer will be a mix of active client communication, management of high-quality creative execution and razor-sharp financial tracking of projects.

As part of the ICHI team, you will be producing and delivering creative campaigns that meet our clients’ expectations at every level, as well as delivering on time and on budget. Within this role, there will be a strong emphasis on planning and scheduling the workflow of multiple assets through the studio, ensuring that all internal and external resources are clear on what they should be working on and achieving each day, and that the assets are delivered on-time and on-budget to our clients.

You will have strong expertise in online video and a keen interest in social media platforms and trends. You'll understand the nuanced differences that contribute to content success on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and more.

With the ICHI company model being highly collaborative and teamwork-driven, you will experience a range of responsibilities including supporting; the use of Asana, the execution of ICHI’s own Marketing & PR and feeding into pitches where needed.

The nuts and bolts

  • Produce a wide range of projects from brief to delivery from 360 campaigns, which might include gameplay, live action or animated trailers, to social content, experiential, brand guidelines and toolkits, or key art.
  • Scope creative concepts / solutions with wider Creative Lead and wider team to understand feasibility alongside client budget and timeline.
  • Oversee the full project lifecycle, including budgeting, scheduling, logistics, resource allocation, and internal and external stakeholder management.
  • Identify the skill/roles/support required to deliver against a brief / budget, briefing the Ops team to source and allocate internally/externally. This can be through freelance, sister studios and third party support
  • Contribute to the ICHI Resource Database where possible, inviting new talent to the studio ahead of any relevant projects .
  • Manage a project through our agency tools and processes; Asana, Smartsheets, G-drive, FrameIO and more
  • Drive innovation, efficiency and creativity throughout the production process to enhance ICHI’s services
  • Support the commercial growth of business opportunities, seeking upsell opportunities together with Client Services
  • Collaborate with the Creative and Client Services Lead to ensure client and creative expectations are met, balancing budget and quality
  • Develop a keen eye for detail across all areas of work, providing guidance on best practices for project process and delivery.
  • Set up job folders correctly and ensure all work/assets are saved appropriately.
  • Provide profit projections to the Client Services Director and Operations Director ensuring projects adhere to these.
  • Book in, attend and lead briefing meetings, ensuring the team is fully briefed on requirements, are well utilised and have a clear understanding of their role.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to the agreed workflow with the client and educate clients on the ICHI process
  • Abide by all governing and clearance body rules and regulations, ensuring all assets meet required specs and clearance.
  • Manage achieving process post delivery; ensuring all of our work is backed up and saved appropriately and / or shared with the client as part of final delivery

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in an agency environment as a Video/Creative Producer, creating social-first, branded content, with a good understanding of ASA guidelines.
  • Eagerness to learn and manage a variety of assets (e.g., key-art, animation, digital, social, and live-action.
  • Strong diplomacy skills in managing senior stakeholders and excellent communication.
  • Experience working within gaming brands is an added advantage.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Flexible, adaptable to change, and moves at speed with clients.
  • Seasoned across social media platforms, knowing what type of content performs best and where.
  • Knowledge of production elements, including overall budgets and schedules.
  • Great foresight when planning out resources with our Ops team.
