Responsibilities - Support the global Monetization Integrity team's goal of ensuring safe and quality experiences and its responsibility for creating scalable and reliable solutions that allow users and businesses to interact in a trustworthy manner, always working to anticipate and protect against threats. - Support the design and optimization of ad policies, moderation processes, scalable systems and tools to identify risks and drive efficiencies within integrity mechanisms. - Execute data mining to detect offensive content using Natural Language Text Processing Packages for Machine Learning. - Execute data analysis and create data visualizations in support of data-driven, including determining reference classes for data analyses while consuming large datasets using mathematical and statistical models. - Conduct risk analysis on markets to create ad policies and manage content review processes and provide reports. - Assist in developing and tracking risk KPIs across teams. - Work to implement solutions and ensure alignment of multiple stakeholders across Product, Policy, Engineering, Strategy, and Sales. - Develop Ads infrastructure, policies, products, tools, systems, and data.

Qualifications Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Information Systems, Data Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Business Administration, Management, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following: - Using programming language SQL or Python to execute data analysis and create data visualizations; - Leveraging Python and Python machine learning programming language libraries for risk insight data analysis; - Performing statistical imputations to work with missing data, executing statistical analysis, and performing statistical-driven tests on models to define hypotheses; - Using SQL for performance and operations metrics analysis and insight development, including extracting data from data lakes and adding key indicators and attributes to datasets; and - Performing data blending and data wrangling to accumulate data from multiple sources to build dashboards using visualization tool and monitor insights on risk mitigation.
