Job Description

Nielsen seeks a Remote Bilingual Customer Service Specialist in Mexico to handle inbound and outbound calls, scheduling, data collection, basic troubleshooting, and providing action reminders. This full-time, flexible position requires meeting high productivity, performance, and quality standards. The role involves working within set guidelines and contributing significantly to Nielsen's global market research. Responsibilities include engaging with diverse customers, utilizing bilingual (English and Spanish) skills, and developing customer service and data collection skills. Day 1 orientation is in-person at the Mexico City office; afterward, the role is fully remote.
