Nielsen seeks a Bilingual (English-Spanish) Customer Support Specialist to work remotely from within a 2-hour radius of Mexico City. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling, data collection, basic troubleshooting, and providing action reminders. You will meet high productivity, performance, and quality standards, contributing significantly to Nielsen's global market research. The position offers flexibility and the chance to utilize bilingual skills daily, engaging with diverse customers and contributing to global market insights. Day 1 orientation will be in-person at the Mexico City office. Equipment is provided by Nielsen.

Must have:

Bilingual (English-Spanish)
Customer service experience
