Nielsen seeks a Remote Bilingual Customer Service Specialist (English/Spanish) in Mexico to handle inbound and outbound calls, scheduling, data collection, basic troubleshooting, and providing action reminders. This full-time, flexible position requires meeting high productivity, performance, and quality standards, contributing significantly to global market research. Responsibilities include engaging with diverse customers, developing customer service and data collection skills, and supporting the Mexico operation. Day 1 orientation is in-person at the Mexico City office; afterwards, work is remote from home. Nielsen provides equipment.
