This is a remote, full-time Bilingual Customer Service Specialist position with Nielsen supporting their Mexico operations. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments, data collection, basic troubleshooting, providing action reminders, and meeting high productivity and quality standards. This position contributes significantly to Nielsen's global market research efforts. The position requires excellent bilingual skills (English and Spanish) and the ability to work independently while adhering to established guidelines. Day 1 orientation will be in-person at the Mexico City office, after which the role will be fully remote from home. Equipment is provided by Nielsen.
