IT IS A HYBRID ROLE: 3 DAYS PER WEEK IN THE OFFICE AND 2 DAYS WORKING FROM HOME.

• Collaborate with hiring managers and your seniors to understand the requirements of tech, gaming and corporate positions.

• Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Access english level of candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activities.
• Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in tech and gaming recruitment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in the tech industry.
• Fluent english is a must.
• Will to learn and to show results,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
