JOB DESCRIPTION
The Graphic Designer at ARVORE is an individual with up-to-date knowledge and skills to interpret and solve visual needs, communicating ideas that will inspire, inform and captivate our consumers. You will work in collaboration with our Marketing, Art, and Studio teams, co-creating and developing visual concepts, layouts and templates for a variety of products including our entertainment projects, corporate and product identities, presentations, websites and social media content, events, packaging and store display, amongst others. As a Graphic Designer, you’ll have the opportunity to directly impact the visual identity of our entertainment projects helping to shape unique and creative experiences.
Main Cross-Functional Activities:
Corporate Activities:
- To be the guardian of ARVORE’s brand.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams like marketing, art, and production to ensure that visual projects align with ARVORE’s objectives and inspire our consumer base.
- Create and Develop visual communication on multiple platforms, from digital to print.
- Produce graphics and videos for social media and general online presence.
- Support C-Level and Biz Dev team with keynote presentations and other specific design needs.
- Provide support for internal and external Talents team campaigns.
Product Activities:
- To be the brand guardian of our products.
- Produce and manage visual assets for storefronts (key art, logo, icons, screenshots).
- Work closely with the Production Design and the Art teams to achieve great visual and creative results within the products, such as websites, digital stores and social media.
- Support our Marketing team on online product presence, merchandising and press kit material.
General Activities:
- Be responsible for the technical production feasibility of all graphic materials developed.
- Thinking creatively and developing new design concepts, graphics and layouts.
- Be able to present early concept visualization through sketches, digital mock-ups and Key Visuals.
- Conduct/Assist with visual research to organize and maintain a visual/inspiration online catalogue for the team.
- Manage website design updates.
- Nurture and be a spokesperson of ARVORE’s design directives and standards.
Must Have:
- Mastery in Graphic Design softwares such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Some knowledge with animation of video editing and motion design.
- Proficiency in multimedia presentation software, such as Google Slides.
- Competence in Branding
- Competence on iconography and typography skills.
- Be an explorer of trends who’s constantly seeking out new visual and aesthetic references to enrich our project portfolio.
- Confidence to assume ownership of the creative process from ideation to delivery.
- Excellent time estimation, management and organizational skills and the ability to cope with multiple projects at a time.
- Adaptive design eye for multiple purposes and projects on a fast paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills to interpret and negotiate briefings
- Advanced English.

- A passion for Games, Movies, TV, Art, Animation, Electronics, RPGs, Theater and narrative experiences would be a great plus.
