Job Description
This 6-month full-time internship in Oslo, Norway, offers a chance to contribute to Tesla's Real Estate team within Retail Development. Responsibilities include supporting the opening and management of Tesla locations, assisting in the creation and maintenance of the EU Real Estate Strategy, and developing a model to predict future real estate needs across Europe. The role involves lease reviewing, data entry, real estate administration, stakeholder interaction, and analysis of real estate utilization and supply/demand. Interns will improve analytical, presentation, and reporting skills, contributing to business case creation and lease documentation. Successful candidates will be near graduation (within 6 months of completion) with a Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably in Real Estate or a related analytical field).
Must have:
- Fluency in English and Norwegian
- Bachelor's/Master's degree (Real Estate or related field)
- Strong Excel skills

NOTE: In order to be eligible for this role, you need to be within 6 months of your graduation date, either before or after.
- Improve analytical skills through analysis of Real Estate utilization / supply and demand
- Learn how to maintain day-to-day management relationships
- Assist with creation of business cases
- Improve presentations / reporting skills
- Assist Lease documentation creation with close support of the Real Estate management team, through to lease signature
- Set up landlords as Tesla vendors
- Fluency in English and Norwegian (excellent written and verbal skills)
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably a Real Estate or Analytical relevant field) within 6 months of your graduation date, either before or after.
- Capable of working in a fast paced and always changing environment
- Proactive work mentality
- The ability to keep an overview and improve processes
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving oriented
- A strong team player
- Strong Excel skills essential
- Active student status during the 6-month internship
