Job Description

As a QA Manager, you will establish QA processes and lead a team focused on ensuring high-quality standards throughout the development lifecycle. Working closely with the Project Lead, you'll emphasize automated testing and play a key role in enhancing the overall user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Early QA Integration: Involve QA from the start to identify and resolve potential issues early
  • Test Planning & Automation: Create detailed test plans and implement automated testing to improve efficiency
  • Cross-Platform Testing & User Feedback: Oversee performance testing on all devices and gather user feedback through regular playtests
  • Bug Tracking & Documentation: Manage bug reporting and maintain clear documentation for test cases and results
  • Team Collaboration: Work with developers and designers to ensure a user-centric, high-quality product
  • Resource Management: Allocate team resources and ensure project timelines are met
  • User-Centered Testing: Advocate for end-user needs and incorporate feedback into future improvements
  • Communication & Reporting: Keep cross-functional teams informed and report key findings to the Project Lead
