Project Assignment: Quality improvement projects for process robustness.
Job Responsibility:
Data analysis from leading indicator (NCRB / CQC) to define the improvement direction.
Apply the statistical methods to monitor and control the quality of a production process to ensure that the process operates efficiently, producing more specification-conforming products with less waste scrap.
Perform Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA) for analyzing the variation of each type of inspection, measurement, and test equipment to ensure that the variation in our measurement is minimal compared to the variation in our process.
Create / update specification and provide training to QA and operators.
Job Qualification:
The candidate must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical, Electrical, and other Engineering.
The candidate will be able attend the internship program more than 10 months.
