Job Description

As a QA Engineer (Operations) at Moon Active, you will work closely with Product and Monetization teams to ensure the smooth operation of events, promotions, marketing initiatives, and live A/B tests. Responsibilities include writing and working with test case documentation (STD, STP), planning and documenting test scenarios and cases based on requirements and design documents, executing cross-platform manual tests (Android, iOS, Web), validating bug fixes, performing regression testing, and investigating production issues. You'll collaborate with Unity game developers and backend developers in a cross-functional team. The ideal candidate possesses a technical background, strong communication skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure, and a passion for new technologies and gaming.

Must have:

Write test documentation (STD, STP)
Plan & document test scenarios
Execute cross-platform manual tests
Validate bug fixes and regression testing
Investigate production issues
Strong communication skills

Good to have:

Familiarity with gaming

We're looking for a talented QA engineer to join our team and to help create awesome games at a company that puts quality at the forefront.

As a QA engineer you will work closely with our Product and Monetization teams to ensure the smooth running of all the events, promotions, marketing events and live A/B tests.

You will be in charge of all related technical aspects to enable Events & Promotions both inside and outside the game.

Responsibilities

Writing and working with test case documentation (STD, STP)
Plan and document test scenarios and test cases based on requirements and design documents
Execute Cross platform manual tests to ensure product quality (Android, iOS, Web)
Working in cross-functional teams that also include Unity game developers and Backend developers
Validate bug fixes and perform regression testing.
Investigating issues in production

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a technical related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Capable of executing multiple high-stakes tasks efficiently under pressure
Flexibility to shift focus quickly and manage changing priorities without compromising quality
A passionate people-person with strong communication skills
Enthusiastic about new technologies
Bonus points for familiarity with gaming
