Must have experience in developing process flow diagrams, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and commercial/fiscal awareness. Proactive engagement in continuous development is a must.

Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for an experienced proposal/process engineer who can lead and execute proposal and studies and work in close collaboration with leading technology experts for delivering winning solutions to our customers in various chemical/syngas technologies like Methanol/Ammonia.
Your Responsibilities Would Be
You will bring a sound knowledge of the chemical technologies and business processes along with good track record of executing projects, proposal and studies. You have personal drive, energy and a self-motivated character since this is a key element to the success in the role. You will use your networking skills to quickly be able to navigate our organization as you align the proposal strategy with internal stakeholders, and you naturally relate to customers’ needs.

Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for an experienced proposal/process engineer who can lead and execute proposal and studies and work in close collaboration with leading technology experts for delivering winning solutions to our customers in various chemical/syngas technologies like Methanol/Ammonia.
Your Responsibilities Would Be
- Creating winning solutions in collaboration with all members of the sales team by development of optimal solutions & proposal execution concept based upon the information received from customer.
- Providing inputs for proposal layout strategy by checking RFQs/ITBs.
- Leading complex technical proposals and revamp studies including heat & mass balances and basic design of equipment.
- Actively interacting with different disciplines to ensure smooth onboarding of new knowledge.
- Capability of taking decisions independently, advises and applies expertise to other units and areas.
- Coordinating functional issues across other engineering disciplines like mechanical, cost estimator, vendors, contractors, during various stages of proposals.
- Coordinating with licensing manager to get inputs for the commercial quotes.
- Mentoring and training fellow engineers
- Participating in technical & commercial clarifications, answering client's questions and comments, revising of proposal documentation. Driving knowledge-sharing and lessons learnt.
- Contributing to optimization and automation of workflows to facilitate improvement.

The Desired Qualifications And Experience For The Role Are
- B.Tech./ M. Tech in chemical engineering with 10-15 years of experience as process engineer/R&D/ technical services in either of chemical technologies.
- Experience in developing process flow diagrams for ammonia/methanol technologies is a requirement.
- Candidate must have good interpersonal and communication skills, with good commercial and fiscal awareness.
- Proactively engage in continuous development to improve efficiency and competitiveness.
- Anticipate and balance the needs of multiple external and internal stakeholders.
- Ensures accountability
- Experience from operation, start-up of these units including catalyst considerations and conceptual design will be an advantage.
- Working with Licensors and having experience in preparing Proposal and/or Basic Engineering Packages will be an added advantage.
