You're passionate about gaming & esports? Looking for a versatile role that combines project and stakeholder management while offering the opportunity to work with industry-leading partners & clients worldwide? Then you're exactly right for us as a Project Manager (m/f/d) Gaming & Esports!
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
  • Manage (international) projects: You are the first point of contact for our clients. You organize and structure our projects with your expertise and ensure that all information flows and the budget framework is met.
  • Act as an operational all-rounder: You are close to the customer, define priorities and develop strategies in cooperation with your team lead to optimize collaboration and adapt to new circumstances. At the same time, you enjoy jumping into projects on an operational level.
  • Monitor & ensure quality: You know our quality standards and ensure that our clients can feel them in our projects. Internally, you report your steps and successes to your supervisor.
  • Use your organizational talent: You keep a cool head when deadlines are approaching and can manage processes in a goal-oriented manner
  • Incorporate your own innovative ideas: You find it easy to analyze and evaluate products, customers and campaigns and contribute your own ideas
TO SUCCEED YOU NEED
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in project/stakeholder management, preferably experience in managing projects for bigger clients
  • You are able to work internationally with different colleagues and clients
  • Organizer, moderator, coach, firefighter - you feel comfortable in the various roles that exist in project management and want to contribute your expertise
  • You have proven experience in using project management tools and very good communication skills
  • You have a strong knowledge of the gaming and esports industry
  • You are a teamplayer, who enjoys collaborating with different teams and customers on different levels
  • You are fluent in German and English 
EVEN BETTER IF
  • You are familiar with the relevant publishers in the esports and gaming industry and have preferable already worked with them
  • You have a broad network in the market already
  • You are familiar with influencer activation
  • You already have experience in the agency sector
  • You live in the Cologne catchment area or are open to move here
  • Last but not least: You have a passion for gaming!
