Summary

The IT Support Coordinator at Bragg will provide technical support to internal users across multiple locations, manage system administration tasks, and streamline IT operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of system administration experience and proven project management skills. They should be a team player with a "can-do" attitude, capable of prioritizing multiple tasks and working independently.

As our new IT Support Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of providing technical support to internal users, managing system administration tasks, and streamlining IT operations. Your role will include troubleshooting issues, supporting policy-related initiatives, and handling systems across servers, storage, and networking. If you’re passionate about learning, problem-solving, and optimizing IT processes, this position is for you.

Your responsibilities:

  • Provide IT support to internal users, including remote offices.
  • Log and track IT issues, ensuring proper documentation and timely resolution.  
  • Install and maintain IT equipment and software, supporting employees and office needs.  
  • Configure and manage systems across Windows, Apple, and Linux platforms for security and efficiency.  
  • Oversee technical onboarding, ensuring new employees are set up with IT tools seamlessly.  
  • Manage MDM and XDR systems, ensuring secure and effective operation.  
  • Handle procurement processes, including sourcing, supplier communication, and contract negotiation.  
  • Ensure ISO 27001 compliance, maintaining secure and robust processes.  
  • Identify and resolve system issues, implementing changes to improve performance.  
  • Optimize processes, enhancing efficiency and user experience.  
  • Monitor and manage the Internal IT Support budget.


What you bring to the team:

  • At least 3 years of experience in system administration.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows, Apple, and Linux systems.
  • Proven experience with project management.
  • A humble attitude with a focus on earning respect through actions.
  • Ability to work as part of a team or independently as needed.
  • Self-driven, energetic, and hands-on, with a "can do, get it done" mindset.
  • Strong ability to prioritize and manage several open issues simultaneously.
