Red Games is seeking a Project Manager to join our growing Client Services team. This role is responsible for ensuring timely internal/external project communication and project flow from kick off to launch — and beyond. Responsibilities include ownership of resourcing from the development team, monitoring daily project progress, proactively tackling potential questions, delays, and conflicts, coordinating team check-ins, client communications, and facilitating open dialogue on project status.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Roadmap project goals and timelines to effectively communicate project status to leadership, team, and client stakeholders. 
  • Maintain consistent, clear, and positive client communications on such things as project updates and task prioritization. 
  • Organize team tasks across various project tools and development resources, including briefs, files, and documentation to increase project efficiency. 
  • Manage Project Management internal/external tools and/or dashboards.
  • Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams, including production and development, to package and deliver project deliverables. 
  • Diligently follow client contracts and SOWs, with an eye towards managing out of scope requests (Change Orders).
  • Proactively manage client feedback and review processes.
  • Help navigate adjustments to existing schedules and commitments due to quick requests that need immediate attention. 
  • Assist in organizing and defining requirements for complex, multi-faceted projects.
  • Work with other project managers to assess bandwidth and manage priorities between teams.  
 

QUALIFICATIONS 

Skills & Qualifications

  • 6+ years of PM experience (agency experience is a plus!)
  • Agile methodology experience
  • Highly skilled at organization and time management
  • Competencies in project planning tools 
  • Expert ability to juggle multiple projects with many moving pieces while weighing priorities effectively
  • Client service oriented and great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly accountable, solution-oriented, and detail-oriented
  • Technically savvy and proactive about independently staying on top of the latest digital and game industry trends 
  • Highly skilled in verbal and written communication  
  • Ability to identify and clearly communicate project risks
  • Brings a consistently positive attitude and willingness to share ideas and solutions
  • Team player and collaborator with good listening skills
