What you’ll do:
- Draft design documents for new in-game events and enhance regular events
- Calculate event rewards
- Initiate and customize regular event configurations
- Analyze events
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: work closely with artists, programmers, and QA
What you need to succeed:
- 1 year of experience working with LiveOps on a midcore project
- Ability to analyze analytical data to inform decisions
- Proficient in writing clear gameplay design documentation and effectively presenting it to the team
- Familiarity with the principles that govern in-game economies
- Proficient in Google Sheets: knowledge of formulas and the ability to create calculation tables
- Strong sense of responsibility, communication skills, and a focus on results
