- Extensive outsourcing management experience
- Experience with major game company art outsourcing
- PMP certification
职责：
- 负责管理和跟进国内外供应商合作的进度，日常沟通与协调；
- 制定国内外供应商合作的计划并跟踪供应商的制作进度与交付品质；
- 协调国内外供应商和内部团队的合作，解决问题，控制风险；
- 承担项目组内外部的沟通，确保信息及时准确的同步到所有干系人；
- 处理与供应商合作流程相关的工作；
必备条件：
- 流利的英语口语，日常工作中无障碍的英语沟通；
- 3年以上游戏行业项目管理经验；
- 熟悉美术各个环节的资源生产工作流和流程；
- 广泛理解美术资源外包合作的流程；
优先条件：
- 有丰富的美术开发管理经验；
- 有丰富的外包管理经验；
- 有游戏大厂的美术外包管理经验；
- 具备一定的承压能力，善于沟通，能快速融入团队；
- 通过PMP资格认证；
