Summary
The Product Planner is an integral role providing organization and documentation to a team of 50. This role will coordinate resource allocation, ensure documentation for projects is created and up to par for the team, and provide support to the Project Lead and Seniors in the roll-out of new projects. Responsibilities include representing various clients’ software to provide enhanced AI solutions, creating use case scenarios, executing and delivering thoughts on improvement opportunities, maintaining and improving processes, attending meetings, identifying and mitigating operational inefficiencies, and assisting with other duties as needed. Strong attention to detail, excellent time management/organization, and documentation skills are essential.
Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets)

Description
Work Location: USA Remote (Prefer PST Time Zone)
Work Hours: M - F, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm
Pay Rate: $27- $31 /hr DOE & location
The Product Planner is an integral role providing organization and documentation to a team of 50.
This role will coordinate resource allocation, ensure documentation for projects is created and up to par for the team, and provide support to the Project Lead and Seniors in the roll-out of new projects. In this role a strong attention to detail, excellent time management/organization and documentation skills are required.
Responsibilities:
Representing various clients’ software to provide enhanced AI solutions to boost their business productivity.
Create Use case scenarios derived from client solutions utilizing tailored AI solutions.
Execute delivering your thoughts on the opportunities for improvement.
Maintain and improve processes that support the creation of the Use Cases.
Attend meetings as appropriate.
Independently identify operational inefficiencies and work to mitigate them.
Assist with other duties as needed.

Requirements
Excellent communication skills both written and oral
Strong Organization and Time Management Skills
Ability to translate technical documents into documentation for non-technical users
Experience allocating and tracking resources to projects
Experience in assisting in system troubleshooting & finding resolutions
Preferred prior work experience or college studies in AI
Technical aptitude in one or more of the following:
- Spreadsheets (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets)
- Email/calendar (e.g., Outlook, Gmail)
- Project management (e.g., JIRA, Asana)
Ability to gain new skills and knowledge through hands-on experience
Keen eye for detail
Demonstrated ability to work independently
Exemplify the quality of having a "Proactive Approach," attitude which includes a high level of accountability, transparency, and teamwork first & foremost
