The role involves partnering with regional business teams to advocate for CSP product solutions and promote tool utilization. Responsibilities include managing product operation toolkits, executing launch processes, streamlining tasks, analyzing product performance metrics, and communicating effectively across the organization.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Relevant product operation experience in E-Commerce customer service
  • Experience in large, complex organizations with global collaboration
  • Strong data analytical skills and logical thinking
  • Attention to detail, multitasking, prioritization, and results delivery under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Good to have:
  • Knowledge of E-Commerce buyer, seller, and customer service agent user habits

About About Our Team The Customer Service Platform (CSP) is a team that integrate the product technology resources of the company's internal customer service system. Our mission is to provide users with efficient self-service solutions and provide agents with convenient tools so as to improve customer service experience. We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2025. Internships at ByteDance aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Responsibilities -Establish strong partnership between Customer Service Platform and regional business teams, advocate platform product solutions and promote product utilisation with various operation tools to support business requirements. -Own product operation toolkits such as product wiki, product bulletin & product demo to drive product growth and value creation with business stakeholders. -Execute all processes in product launch phase, such as user acceptance test, product training, product configuration and post launch operation support. -Transform the efficiency of Platform's product operation by streamlining critical routine tasks and formulate product communications across the organisation. -Perform product key performance metrics and process metrics analysis using data analytical tools to derive the insights that guide product utilisations and iterations.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications -Bachelor degree or above. Ungraduates are welcome to apply. -Relevant product operation working experience in customer service field of E-Commerce business. -Experience of working in large complex organisations, collaborating with cross functional teams across globe in a highly environment. -Good data analytical skills and logical thinking. -Ability to maintain a keen attention to detail, able to multitask, prioritise the task and deliver the results under pressure. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
