ByteDance seeks Product Managers for its Global Monetization Product. Responsibilities include developing roadmaps for advertising products, defining and analyzing key metrics, building a high-performing team, understanding the global advertising market (Performance & E-commerce), and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role demands strong analytical and communication skills and involves up to 15% domestic/international travel.

Responsibilities Develop the roadmap for world-class advertising products that leverage and enhance the unique features of the app. Define and analyze metrics that inform product strategy and prioritization. Build a high-performing product management team fine-tuned for achieving hypergrowth. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the global advertising market and the needs of advertisers, especially Performance and E-commerce advertisers. Partner closely with User Product team, engineering team and other cross-functional teams to develop, test, and launch products.
Qualifications
Qualifications Must have a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Data Science, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Data Science, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following: Project management, including collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement data-driven business strategies; Analyzing data, building and maintaining datasets, and creating dashboards for product planning; Analyzing data related to user behavior, model performance, and revenue impact to identify potential improvement of a product, and designing user adoption funnel to detect user journey frictions; and Interfacing directly with business leaders and stakeholders to present product or project documents, including strategy, timeline, and status documents. 【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $156864 - $296020 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
