IT Operations support professionals provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for the smooth functioning of IT systems and non-cloud-based infrastructure, primarily focusing on L1 and possibly L2 support. The role requires expertise in Big Data technologies (AWS S3, Hadoop, Spark, Kafka), ETL, data modeling and visualization using Power BI and Tableau, various management tools (Jira, Scrum, etc.), programming languages (Python, Go, Angular, Flask, etc.), SQL databases (Oracle, Teradata, SQL Server, etc.), and Agile methodologies.
