In this role, you will develop and execute promotional activities such as mega campaigns to drive platform growth and to establish the consumption mentality of platform users. Responsibilities - Develop and execute e-commerce promotion activities such as mega campaigns and other campaigns to drive platform growth and to establish the e-commerce consumption mentality of platform users - Familiar with the merchandise strategy for campaigns, be able to plan key metrics for recruitment coverage - Responsible for full-cycle campaign project management; planning, hands-on execution, real-time monitoring, and reporting - Conduct post-mortem campaign analysis to identify innovative improvements in campaign performance and processes - Good market insights involve understanding competitors' strategies and tactics to formulate competitive strategies - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the overall quality of campaign execution
