Partner with APAC Pairs and Tinder to manage performance marketing data and analyze media performance
Develop, and improve dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
Collaborate closely with in/external stakeholders to define and set up performance metrics and track progress
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize marketing strategies and campaign performance.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques to continually enhance the analytical capability of the team
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience in marketing (including 4+ years at performance marketing field)
Hands-on expertise in marketing analytics, deriving useful insights, and applying findings
Familiarities with mobile attribution providers (i.e Adjust, Appsflyer)
Strong analytical skills with SQL, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI. Experience in managing external marketing data from various ad platforms (i.e. Google, Meta, Tiktok, etc.)
A good command of spoken and written English is mandatory
