The Parts Advisor Intern in Tainan City will be responsible for handling inquiries via phone and email, managing inventory and logistics of parts, accurately recording issues in the dealer management system, resolving supplier issues, meticulously documenting repair details (time, cost, materials), coordinating with suppliers on delivery schedules, and performing other assigned tasks. This role requires a basic understanding of automotive maintenance, experience in parts/material management, familiarity with DMS systems and MS Office software, and excellent written communication skills in English and Chinese.
