Location: Malta - Hybrid

We are looking for a Paralegal Administrator to join our dynamic Legal team at our Malta office. This is a key role to provide assistance to the Legal Counsel and KYB team with a wide range of tasks including administrative, legal and KYB related matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the KYB team with know-your-client and onboarding processes
  • Providing support to the legal and KYB team on various administrative matters as may be required on a day-to-day basis
  • Supporting the Legal and KYB team with administrative tasks such as saving documentation to the ComeOn Groupโ€™s contract management system and filing of legal documentation as required
  • Managing and processing data subject rights requests and other data protection-related tasks
  • Maintaining a database and tracking system for ongoing and resolved legal cases including scanning, logging, and organising records of disputes and settlements
  • Liaising internally in relation to the processing of payments or settlements related to resolved cases, ensuring proper documentation and approvals
  • Communicating with various teams and stakeholders across the business.

About you:

  • 1 to 2 years of relevant administrative experience;
  • Very detail oriented, well organised, works efficiently and takes ownership of work;
  • Strong work ethic and ability to multitask, prioritise and follow through on numerous assignments simultaneously;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word, with ECDL certification;
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently;
  • Ability to a understand basic legal terms would be considered as an asset; and
  • Previous experience in the gaming industry would be considered as an asset.
