About the Team
Lemon8 is a lifestyle content community featuring photos and videos of various categories such as beauty, fashion, food, travel, home, fitness, and pets. Our target users are people who enjoy exploring their interests by consuming informative and high-quality content. Lemon8 currently operates in Japan, the SEA region (Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines and Vietnam), the UK and the US.
Lemon8は静止画と動画コンテンツを投稿できる、ライフスタイル情報発信コミュニティです。ビューティ、ファッション、グルメ、トラベル、暮らしといった多岐にわたるジャンルから、実用的で魅力的なコンテンツを提供しています。ユーザーの興味に合わせて自由で多様、かつ等身大の暮らし、または一歩先のあこがれを見つけることができます。
We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2025. Internships at ByteDance aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Watch your ambitions become reality as your inspiration brings infinite opportunities at ByteDance.
Responsibilities:
1. Possess a good sense of content and constantly enhance the quality of vertical content based on a sufficient understanding of the content quality requirements in parenting, home furnishing and interest verticals.
2. Have outstanding planning and execution capabilities, independently accomplish the planning and implementation of vertical activities, including but not limited to promoting UGC submissions, stimulating comments, and improving content quality.
3. Be familiar with the Japanese creators industry and be capable of independently completing the tasks of attracting new creators, daily maintenance and nurturing.
4. Complete other daily tasks as required.

5. 優れたコンテンツセンスをもち、子育て、暮らし、Hobbiesカテゴリのコンテンツを理解した上で、クオリティ向上施策を実施
6. 企画と執行力を持ち、UGCの投稿促進、コメント促進、コンテンツクオリティ向上などを目的にしたキャンペーンやイベントの企画から執行まで単独で回せる
7. 日本のクリエイター業界を熟知し、クリエイターのスカウト、日常メンテナンス、育成をする
8. その他の日常業務
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Be sensitive to the Japanese content industry and familiar with mainstream Internet products.
2. Have excellent learning ability, creativity, excellent communication skills, flexible thinking and handling, and have the spirit of ownership.
3. Japanese business level or above.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Have working experience or internship experience in Internet operation.
2. Have the ability of content creation and editing, and have successfully operated personal accounts on any content platform is preferred.

2. 優れた勉強力、クリエーティブ、コミュニケーション力を持ち、柔軟に物事を考え、対応することができ、オーナーシップを持つ方。
3. 日本語と中国語が両方ビジネスレベル以上の方
4. インターネット業界での勤務経験もしくはインターンシップ経験がある方。
5. コンテンツ制作力を持ち、任意のSNSでアカウント運営に成功経験を持つ方優先。
