About the Team: SoundOn is an all-in-one platform powered by TikTok, designed to better service music creators through each step of their career — from TikTok integrated promotion tools to universal music distribution, from diverse monetization opportunities to smart music creation. Responsibilities: - Develop the local label & artist onboarding strategy, responsible for partnership management on deal-making and negotiations - Work closely with the cross-functional team to enhance the general distribution service for artists partners - Support the promotion tactic for different categorizations of artists, optimize DSP performance of artists

Minimum Qualifications: - Strong networks with music stakeholders in Thailand, especially labels - Good music knowledge, and data-based decision-making skills - Excellent communication skills, high ownership and responsible attitude towards work - Proficient in English to work with international colleagues in a global environment Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree from any major - 5 years of experience in the music industry - Successful practices of data-driven approach are preferred - Good work ethics, self-motivated and result-driven with empathy ByteDance is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
