Easygo seeks a Marketing Support Agent to manage a high volume of partnership and affiliate inquiries. The role involves personalized responses, relationship building, and ownership of the inquiry process. The agent will gain insight into daily affiliate operations and provide support. Reporting to an Affiliate Specialist, this position offers career progression opportunities. Responsibilities include timely and professional email responses, resolving affiliate and product-related queries, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining a sub-48-hour response time, and staying updated on product information and company policies.

Your role with us:
As a Marketing Support Agent, the primary function of the role would be handling all partnership enquiries and affiliate enquiries - this will be done by providing a human touch through personalised responses. You will monitor and take full ownership of this space while gaining full insight into day-to-day affiliate operations additionally providing support where necessary.

You will be reporting to an Affiliate Specialist who has been in this space for 4 years, where you will learn best practices while striving towards career progression within Easygo.

What you will do:

  • Respond to all partnership emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve all affiliate-related enquiries and answer all product-related questions to 
  • ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Handle day-to-day email communication and enquiries with partners.
  • Ensure the average response time on all partnership emails is not more than 48 hours.
  • Keep up-to-date with product information and company policies to accurately assist affiliates.

What you will bring: 

  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role or support role is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work efficiently, effectively, and independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with affiliates and internal teams. 
  • Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs) as well as Slack and Jira

Bonus points if you also have:

  • Sports & Gambling industry knowledge is advantageous
  • Cryptocurrency industry knowledge would be advantageous
