The Marketing Lead CN / 高级营销主管 at Outfit7's Shanghai branch is responsible for developing and overseeing the annual game brand and mobile game product distribution plan, allocating budget and resources to ensure ROI as per HQ guidelines. This role involves leading the execution, rollout, optimization, and analysis of integrated marketing campaigns based on China market insights. The successful candidate will build and manage the China marketing team, covering product marketing (games, content, etc.), user acquisition, brand management, and creative aspects. They will serve as the operational and strategic link between the China office and headquarters, maintaining marketing performance reporting and communication. The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills, native Chinese fluency, and strong English proficiency.

In this role you will

- Develop and oversee the annual game brand and mobile game product distribution plan, allocating the budget and other resources to ensure the delivery of ROI as per HQ guidelines.
- Lead the execution, rollout, optimization, and analysis of marketing strategies with integrated marketing campaigns based on our game user insights from the China market.
- Build and Manage the China marketing team (product marketing: games, content, etc., user acquisition, brand management and creatives)
- Act as a direct operational and strategic link between the Outfit7 China office and Outfit7 headquarters, maintain the marketing performance reporting and operational link with the China team and headquarters.
- 制定并监督年度游戏品牌和手游产品发行计划，分配预算和其他资源，确保按照总部指导方针实现投资回报率 (ROI)。
- 根据对中国市场游戏用户的洞察，通过整合营销活动，领导营销策略的执行、上线、优化和分析。
- 组建并管理中国营销团队（产品营销：游戏、内容等、用户获取、品牌管理和创意）
- 作为 Outfit7 中国办事处和 Outfit7 总部之间的直接运营和战略联系纽带，维护营销业绩报告并与中国团队和总部保持运营联系。。

Your experience
经验
- 3-5 years of significant mobile gaming marketing experience, ideally in the casual game category, and China social media content marketing for mobile games experience is a plus.
- Experience leading small- to medium-sized teams of junior and senior people.
- Solid, functional mobile game marketing knowledge, preferably with recent experience in leading a marketing team.
- 拥有 3-5 年资深手游营销经验（最好为休闲游戏类），有中国手游社交媒体内容营销经验者更佳。
- 具备带领中小型团队的经验，其中应包括初级和高级成员。
- 具备扎实的手游营销知识，近期有领导营销团队的经验者优先。
