Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: 
 Develop and implement comprehensive network security
strategies. 
 Lead and manage a team of security professionals, providing
direction, mentorship, and support. 
 Collaborate with senior management to align security
initiatives with business objectives. 
Network Security: 
 Design, implement, and manage secure network
architectures. 
 Ensure the continuous monitoring and protection of
network systems. 
 Manage and optimize firewall policies and configurations. 
Endpoint Security: 
 Develop and enforce endpoint security policies. 
 Ensure the deployment and management of endpoint
protection solutions. 
 Monitor and respond to endpoint security incidents. 
Vulnerability Management: 
 Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration
tests. 
 Develop and implement remediation plans for identified
vulnerabilities. 
 Maintain a vulnerability management program to ensure
continuous improvement. 
Risk Assessment: 
 Perform comprehensive risk assessments to identify
potential security threats. 
 Develop risk mitigation strategies and ensure their
implementation. 
 Communicate risk findings and recommendations to
stakeholders. 
Incident Response: 
 Lead the incident response team in the event of a security
breach. 
 Develop and maintain incident response plans and
procedures. 
 Conduct post-incident analysis and reporting. 
Compliance and Governance: 
 Ensure compliance with relevant security standards,
regulations, and
 policies. 
 Develop and maintain security documentation, including
policies, procedures, and guidelines. 
 Conduct regular security audits and assessments. 
Training and Awareness: 
 Develop and deliver security training programs for
employees. 
 Promote a culture of security awareness across the
organization. 

Technical Experience:
 Minimum of 9 years of experience in network security,
firewall management, endpoint security, vulnerability
management, and risk assessment. 
 Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or
equivalent are highly desirable. 
 Proven experience in leading and managing security teams. 
 Strong knowledge of network security protocols, firewall
management, and endpoint protection solutions. 
 Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making
skills. 
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the
ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all
levels. 

Mandatory skill sets: Experience in network security, firewall management, endpoint
security, vulnerability management, and risk assessment. 

Preferred skill sets: CISSP, CISM, CEH Certifications

Years of experience required: 9+ years

Education qualification: B.Tech
