Lead Product Manager

• Continuously drive users experience by introducing new features and enhancing existing ones;
• Ensure product and operations compliance with regulatory requirements;
• Work closely with Product Research and Analytics to develop a deep understanding of the needs, motivation and behaviour of the users;
• Conduct market research and competitors analysis;
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance the product in terms of sportsbook, casino, platform, payments and engagement functionalities;
• Run experiments to validate product hypothesis from scoping to results analysis and implementation;
• Recommend and implement operational and product roadmaps based on data analysis and product vision;
• Make data-driven decisions for design and UI/UX improvements with Design team;
• Produce clear product specifications, user stories and flowcharts;
• Drive and inspire the team of several product specialists;
• Prioritise, plan and execute product-related tasks, activities and launches.

We need your professional experience:

• 4+ years of Product Management/Ownership experience, preferably on management positions;
• Strong skills in requirements scoping and documentation (user stories, PRDs, flowcharts and diagrams);
• Practical experience with running product Experiments and A/B tests;
• Knowledge of iGaming and Betting industry;
• Data-driven approach to decision-making;
• Understanding product architecture, development process and overall technical expertise;
• Experience with gambling industry Regulations will be considered a huge plus.
